Mr Acton now providing clinics at Peak Physiotherapy Clinic
We are delighted to announce that Mr Acton has signed up to provide clinics at Peak Physiotherapy Clinic from September 2021. Mr Danny Acton has been a consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at Altnagelvin Hospital and the North West Independent hospital for 15 years since 2004 and started in Galway Clinic in 2020.
Mr Acton has extensive experience in primary arthroplasty of the hip and knee and soft tissue surgery of the knee. Specific interests include total and partial knee replacement, ligament reconstruction of the knee and patellofemoral instability.
He remains a keen sports man with interest in triathlon, cycling, CrossFit, football and golf giving him insight into the demands of training and competition.
We at Peak Physiotherapy Clinic are excited to offer this service as it strengthens the crucial bond between rehab and surgery and the importance of the teams approach to injuries. Patients can book to see Mr Acton by going through an initial screening process with one of our senior clinicians.
