Our Strength and Conditioning Class is specifically aimed at middle to long distance runners
Our Strength and Conditioning Class is specifically aimed at middle to long distance runners, it is a circuit-based class with the aim of improving running efficiency and performance and reduce the risk running related injuries.
Our class is led by our Chartered Physiotherapists who are also Athletics Ireland Accredited coaches. Participants go through a test week in the first week to see areas of strength deficit, a specific exercise regime is made for them and progressed weekly. A retest is completed on the final week to measure the improvements.
